Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging and with all the tags and labels attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the payment and return the funds to the original payment method within five days of receiving the returned goods.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, subject to the availability of stock. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via info@starshinedesign.co.uk before posting your item. If we don't have a replacement in stock, this will allow us time to produce another.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for faulty items and only with prior agreement with Starshine Design

Customers are encouraged to send items using a tracked and/or insured service, as Starshine Design is not responsible for returned items that go missing en route
